What are the most common questions people ask about your tarot readings and services?
Many people are curious about how I got into tarot, how it works, and how long I've been reading cards. You might also wonder if the future is set in stone, what the "scariest" card to pull is, or if I read for myself. These are all great questions that we can discuss during your reading!

Is the future set in stone?

No, You have free will! Tarot is like a snapshot of how things are going right now. If you get a reading and don't like the outcome, you can make a different choice and have a better outcome.

What is the scariest card to pull?

Truly, the 3 of swords is my least favourite card as it usually signifies heartbreak and loss, but every card has nuance and sometimes we need heartbreak and sadness to experience joy and peace. So if the 3 of swords pops up for you, don't panic, look objectively and hear the full message.

Do you read for yourself?

Absolutely I do! I find it helpful to put meaning to signs and synchronicities that pop up in my life. I still love having some mystery, so I don't do it all the time haha

What unique things do you offer or do differently?

I am an intuitive reader, which means I often need more than one card to fully grasp a message. The same card can also hold different meanings for different clients, as I pick up on specific components of each card and how they relate to the overall reading. You're always welcome to provide clarification or simply take what resonates with you and apply it through your own lense.

Is there anything else helpful or important to know before booking?

It's important to remember that tarot is for entertainment purposes. While you can certainly gain great insight into a situation, always keep in mind the saying, "mundane before magical." Practical considerations always come first. Also if you are going through a particularly rough time in life, tarot can being up big feelings keep this in mind if you are considering a reading.

How did you get into tarot?

I was actually raised atheist and told that tarot readers and psychics were scam artists preying on vulnerable people. I have always been drawn to magic and witchcraft so when I moved out on my own I started exploring that side of things. I got myself a tarot deck along with a bunch of other witchy things because I wanted to try it all. I learned all the card meanings and tried on myself. I found it to be surprisingly accurate, so then I offered family and friends readings, fell in love with it and began reading professionally. I came at tarot with a skeptical eye and a desire to never take advantage of vulnerable people. It is truly my passion in life to help people navigate tricky situations and heal through insight.

How does a tarot reading work?

For the best possible reading, the client needs to be fully open to being read. If they are closed off, it is hard to get the message. It can also be all over the place if the client has too many questions on the mind at once, so if the reading is jumbled up or hard to open, I may need to reshuffle and try again. I'm not sure exactly how it works, just that it does.
